Our Mission

Empowering people to live their best lives by providing accessible, personalized, and stigma-free Neckup Checkups and mental wellness support.

Imagine a family where kids and parents know exactly where their mental health falls, and how to maintain a healthy mind.

Imagine a family experiencing mental struggles and they have no doubt their next steps in managing the strain.

Neckup Checkup has tools to build healthier, happier kids, parents, and communities.

It starts with monitoring mental health just like physical health.

Everyone should have access to the best tools to prevent mental illness.

Mental health is health and when we take care of our mind and emotions before during and after crisis we can expect better health over our lifetime.

We envision a world where everyone has access to the resources and support they need to live a happy and fulfilling life, regardless of their mental health challenges.

We envision a future where Neckup Checkups are as common as physical checkups and people feel comfortable talking about their mental health without fear of stigma or discrimination. Our expectation is that everyone has access to affordable and high-quality mental health care so mental health problems can be identified and treated early, preventing them from getting worse. And if a person is living with mental challenges we are making a way to support and empower each other to live our best lives.

We believe that Neckup Checkups are a key step towards achieving this vision. By making Neckup Checkups accessible and affordable, we can help people identify and address their mental health problems early on, before they reach a crisis point. We can also help reduce stigma and shame associated with mental health problems, and create a more supportive and inclusive society for everyone.

We are committed to working towards this vision, one Neckup checkup at a time.

More than 4,000 students die by suicide every year

improve and maintain health.

Every year we lose more than 5,000 young people to suicide and school violence. According to the Centers for Disease Control for every completed suicide there are an estimated 25 attempts. More than 90% of kids who die by suicide have a mental health condition.
